At Breakout, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Breakout account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
